• What is an all-inclusive resort?

  • An all-inclusive resort is a vacation destination where the cost of your stay includes most of your expenses, such as accommodations, meals, drinks (including alcohol), and often activities and entertainment.  This means you can enjoy a wide range of amenities and services without worrying about additional charges during your stay.

• What are the dates for the reunion?

  • Thursday, July 17, 2025 - Monday, July 21, 2025

• Do I have to stay the entire time?

  • No.  Even though the reunion dates are Thursday - Monday (4 nights), you are free to book your reservation based on your schedule.  Please note, most of the activities will take place Friday – Sunday and to partake in the discount you must book for at least 3 nights (Thurs - Sun or Fri - Mon).

• Can I stay longer?

  • Yes, our group rates are available for 3 days pre and 3 days post our reunion dates.

• What is the Diamond Club?

  • The Diamond Club is an exclusive room category and experience with added services and amenities such as room butler service, exclusive a la carte dining options, private bars/lounges, a secluded beach area and preferred room locations.

• What is the reunion code to use when booking?

  • The code is already applied to the link

• What do I need to book?

  • Rates are quoted based on the amount of people occupying a room. The first night’s rate (per person) for your room choice/type is required as a deposit to reserve your room.

• When is the last day to pay off my room balance?

  • You can pay the remaining balance of your room in increments or wait until you arrive. Whatever you decide, the remaining balance must be paid in full upon check in.

• What are the room options?

  • There are several types of rooms to choose from.  (Please check the link for all the rooms currently available).

• How much are the rooms?

  • The cost is based on single or double occupancy (or more), as well as the type of room you choose.  Please check the room chart below for the cost breakdown. The link will have all the rooms currently available.

• Does the cost include flights?

  • No, the flights must be booked separately.

• Are children allowed?

  • No, children are not allowed on the Hideaway Adult-Only side, which is where our reunion will take place.

• If I have to bring my kids where can we stay that is family friendly?

  • The resort offers a family friendly side, Royalton Blue Waters, which you are welcome to stay at, but please keep in mind that children are not allowed on the adults-only side where all of the activities and entertainment will be held.

• I saw that there are additional costs listed, what do they include?​

  • The registration/reunion fee will cover

    • Gift Bag

    • T-shirt

    • Private Event Dinner

• How much is the Reunion Fee?

  • $60 - Non ‘00’ Technicians or Others, Private Event only, no gift bag

  • $90 - One person (includes gift bag)

  • $150 - Couple (One Technician w/ plus one, includes 1 gift bag)

  • $175 - Cass Tech Couple (Two ‘00’ Technicians, includes 2 gift bags)

• How can I pay the Reunion Fee?

• What are the reunion fee deadlines?

  • First Deadline - January 18th, 2025 (must give a tentative head count to resort for the Private Dinner/Event)

  • Final Deadline - March 29th, 2025

• Does the additional costs include a guest?

  • Yes, it covers yourself and any guest in your booked room. Please review the cost breakdown above.

• Are any of the costs à la carte?

  • Yes, please review the cost breakdown above.

​

• Do I need a passport?

  • Yes, when traveling to Jamaica a passport is required.  We recommend applying for your passport immediately to avoid any delays.  If you have a passport, be sure to confirm your expiration date.  If it expires before the travel date, you will need to reinstate it before heading to Jamaica.

• Do I need travel insurance?

  • No, travel insurance is not needed but it is encouraged. Travel insurance covers reimbursements for any travel that does not take place due to things that may be out of our control such as the weather conditions in Jamaica at our time of travel. Please look into your options when booking your travel reservations.

• Can I get through customs faster once I land?

  • Yes, you can for a fee. Club Mobay is a “VIP meet and greet arrival service”. You will be greeted at your flight’s arrival gate and escorted to the front of the customs line bypassing those waiting in line.

• How far is the resort from the airport?

  • 35 minutes

• Will there be a shuttle to transport me to the hotel from the airport?

  • Yes, there is a shuttle available.

  • The resort uses shuttle services through a 3rd party service, Nexus Tours.

  • You will need to book your shuttle through the resort once you have made your flight arrangements.  

  • This service is included with your reservation.

  • It is a shared service. For a private experience, there is an additional fee.

• Do I need to convert my American money to Jamaican money?

  • No, you do not have to convert your money. American money is accepted in Jamaica and oftentimes preferred over Jamaican. However, do your research and do what you feel is best for you and your finances.

• What is the itinerary? (subject to change)

  • Thursday July 17th, 2025 - Arrival Day, Meet & Greet

  • Friday July 18th, 2025 - Pool Foam Party Day then Club at Night

  • Saturday July 19th, 2025 - Wear your Class Reunion Shirt (afternoon) for a quick picture then Adult Prom in the evening (Private Dinner Event)

  • Sunday July 20th, 2025 - Beach Bum Day-(wear your best Jamaican Inspired-swimsuit and trunks) or keep it in the color family of Black, Green, Gold and Red 

  • Monday July 21st, 2025 - Departure Day

 

***During the day on our off times, it’s your choice of activities to enjoy your vacation with friends, family and classmates.
